Week 2 Kindergarten!

-We learned about the Letter T, what's it's sound, words that start with the sound, we used the sound wall and the lively letter, we practiced writing Tt the correct way
-We made a tiny turtle that went along with our poem
-We drew pictures of some things we do in our school shoes
-We went to music class with Ms. White
-We discussed and sorted expected and unexpected behavior (good choices and poor choices)
-We talked about some of our favorite things - ice-cream and represented our learning by cutting and gluing our favorite ice-cream flavor
-We read the silly friendship story on screen "We Don't Eat our Classmates"
-We went to gym and played some fun games like "Builders and Bulldozers"
-We began our "Learning Bins" time at the start of the day
-We get free exploration centers everyday - which one is your favorite?

-If you would like to see your child on the blog please go into your MyCBE account and 
click yes to digital citizenship

-No school for Fridays in September for Kindergarten

-Thank you for not parking in the Hug and Go

-Please arrive five minutes early to be ready to pick up your student at the Kindergarten doors
