Back to school Monday January 5, 2026

The last two fun Friyays we read the story “Snowman at Night” and made art with a variety of tools

We learned the letter Gg and how it has two sounds 

We made some holiday pictures - like the gingerbread house 

We drew a gingerbread cookie and read the story with sign language

We have been learning about the number line and where numbers would be between 0-10 on the line

We watched movies about Snowmen for PJ day! :-)

We continue our listening games and are getting really good at -

-hearing rhymes and not rhymes

-figuring out the first and last sounds in words

-segmenting syllables

-making compound words 

-and counting words in sentences
