We learned about the letter Ww

We worked with height and measurement

We know the diagraphs SH, CH, TH - can you think of words with these sounds

We continue our exploration in art and representing our learning in different ways from abstract to real paintings

We read the book "MIX IT UP" - so fun - ask you child about it

We have been expanding our knowledge about vowels and listening for the sound of a vowel in the middle of a CVC word (consonant, vowel, consonant) such as CAT, BIN, HOT, MET, PUP

We read decodable books - books that have words we can sound out, as well as with heart words (words that need to be memorized because they do not follow the sound rules, such as the and love)

Have a great spring break - play outside and have fun
